Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for any products or subscriptions once the purchase has been completed.

For subscription-based products or services, the customer is responsible for managing their own subscription and ensuring it is canceled before the next billing date if they no longer wish to continue. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled in advance.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to:

- The price and terms of the product or subscription as displayed at checkout.

- Our automatic renewal policy for subscriptions until manually canceled by you.

- The absence of any obligation on our part to provide a refund for unused time, accidental purchases, or “forgot to cancel” situations.

In exceptional cases, and solely at our discretion, we may offer a store credit as a gesture of goodwill. Such credits are non-refundable and may be subject to expiration.
